SALES EXECUTIVE
Assisting walk-in customers with product selection and providing expert guidance on Vertier’ furniture and home décor offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and coach sales representatives to achieve high performance and meet goals.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies, initiatives, and promotional campaigns to drive revenue and market growth.
- Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics (KPIs) to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners.
- Operational Oversight: Establish sales quotas, manage the sales budget, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and market potential to optimize offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in sales (often 3-5+ years) and demonstrated leadership or management capability.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for negotiating and presenting to all levels of the organization.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, use CRM software, and make data-driven decisions.
- Leadership: Ability to mentor, motivate, and manage a team to meet strict deadlines and targets.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
