BANGKOK DESIGN WEEK 2026

At Bangkok Design Week, we presented a contemporary furniture exhibition shaped by the five senses: sight, taste, scent, sound, and touch. Drawing from the distinct character of Thailand’s North, Central, Northeast, and South, the exhibition translates regional stories into furniture, material palettes, colour, texture, light, and sound. Each setting is designed as an immersive environment, inviting visitors to experience the atmosphere and cultural references of each region through a considered spatial journey.

Vertier’s inspiration for this exhibition stems from a desire to reflect the charm and identity of each region, reinterpreting their beauty through contemporary furniture that brings us back to appreciate our “roots.” This ensures that Thai identity not only endures but also grows into an advanced economic industry in the modern world.
Vertier with D/Objects | REINVENT THE ORIGIN at Grand Postal Building, Charoen Krung In collaboration with the Design & Object Thailand Association (D/Objects), the exhibition challenges traditional furniture boundaries.
